Commission preliminarily finds Temu in breach of the Digital Services Act in relation to illegal products on its platform

The European Commission has determined that the company Temu has violated the Digital Services Act by failing to adequately evaluate the risks associated with illegal products on its marketplace. The Commission has taken initial steps to address this breach of obligation.
